Terms & Conditions
for Sexual Polarity Tarot

 

1. **Introduction**

 

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") for the products and services called "Sexual Polarity Tarot," and/or “King of Wands Cards”, provided by Masculine Polarity (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or “The Company”). This includes any content of/related to The Company’s websites and social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok). By purchasing, or engaging with, the product of Sexual Polarity Tarot, as any other products and services of , you (hereinafter referred to as “The Client") agree to understand, and be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 

2. **Scope of Services**

 

The Company offers tarot, oracle and other kind of decks, such as Sexual Polarity Tarot, designed as introspective and self-development tools to improve and grow The Client's love life, applicable for both singles and those in relationships. The services include but are not limited to:

 

- Tarot decks

- Educational content on sexual polarity

- General tarot readings on social media

- Potential future group training or educational sessions

 

3. **Client Agreement**

 

3.1. By engaging with our products and services, The Client agrees to:

- Use the content and insights gained from the tarot readings and materials responsibly.

- Their own responsibility in committing to personal growth and understanding as facilitated by the Company’s products, services, and materials, such as the Sexual Polarity Tarot.

- Accept responsibility for their choices, decisions, and actions in applying insights gained from the tarot readings.

- The understanding that Sexual Polarity Tarot can not heal health conditions and/or restore dysfunctional relationships and/or other types of personal problems on its own.

 

3.2. **Limitations of Services**

 

The Client understands and acknowledges that the products and services provided by The Company:

 

- Are not intended to replace professional advice or services in legal, medical, mental health, financial, or other professional fields.

- Do not constitute a therapeutic or counseling relationship. Clients needing such support should seek help from a qualified professional.

 

4. **Confidentiality**

 

The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information shared by The Client. The Company will not disclose any personal information without prior written consent, except as required by law or in case of imminent harm.

 

5. **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy**

 

Since no live personal readings are currently offered, this section applies to future group sessions or educational events. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule such sessions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session and associated fees. The Company reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. **Limitation of Liability**

 

a. **Products and Services**

 

The Company's products and services are designed to support The Client's personal and relational growth; however, The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes. The Client acknowledges they are solely responsible for their use of the products and services and any results thereof.

 

b. **Limited Liability**

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Company, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of the products and services.

 

7. **Disclaimer: Coaching Services vs. Psychological or Psychiatric Therapy**

 

Sexual Polarity Tarot offers guidance and insights but is not a substitute for psychological or psychiatric therapy. The Company’s services are not designed to diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions.

 

8. **Payment, Fees, and Taxes**

 

- The Client agrees to pay for the products and services in accordance with the agreed-upon fee structure. Payment is due prior to the receipt of any products or services.

- The Client that buys a product from The Company, while living in a country that is a member of the European Union, is obligated to pay 21% Value Added Tax (VAT) to the total sum of The Client's order (products, services, and/or shipping costs combined).

- The Client that buys a product from The Company, while living in a country that is not a member of the European Union, and therefore a country outside the European Union, is not obligated to pay Value Added Tax (VAT) to the total sum of The Client's order (products, services, and/or shipping costs combined), because according to Dutch VAT (BTW) law, The Company can charge 0% VAT.

- The Client that buys a product from The Company, while living in a country that is not a member of the European Union, and therefore a country outside the European Union, might have to pay a customs fee/charge, and/or specific tax fees/charges, according to the/any customs law(s) of The Client's respective country. The resonsibility for determining these amounts, and/or paying these amounts, is part of The Client's responsibility. Customs and/or tax fees/charges cannot be recovered from The Company as these fees/charges are outside of the control and responsibility of The Company. The Company in principle will not reimburse and/or refund any customs, and/or tax fees/charges.

a. **Payment Options**

 

- **Pay in Full Upfront**: Clients pay the entire amount upfront before receiving the products or services. This may include a discount.

b. **Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are to be paid for by The Client and include VAT of 21% when shipped to a country inside the European Union, except if The Company decides to make an exception to this rule beforehand, or is excluded in any future promotional offer by The Company.

- The Company will send the product as responsible as possible through the means of the shipment companies present in the Netherlands.

- The Client decides wether to choose a shipment option with, or without, a Track & Trace functionality.

- Payment for Track & Trace are also to be paid for by The Client, and prices are already included on the webpage when The Client selects the correct shipping area through the product page, as well as VAT is included.

- The Company is not liable/responsible for any damage done to the package and/or the product insode the package, or the loss/dissapearance of the package and/or the product inside the package, during shipment (and the process of receiving the package and/or the product inside the package, by any shipment company or loss of the package.

9. **Intellectual Property**

 

All materials and resources provided by The Company during the services are the exclusive property of The Company. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

 

10. **Force Majeure**

 

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

 

11. **Governing Law and Dispute Resolution**

 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, and if unresolved, may be submitted to mediation or legal proceedings in the appropriate courts of The Netherlands.

 

12. **Complaints Procedure**

 

Clients with complaints should send an email to mason@kowtarot.com with detailed information. The Company will acknowledge the complaint within fourteen business days and aim to resolve it within 90 days. If this is not possible or The Company runs into any delays, The Company will inform The Client in written form.

 

13. **Amendments and Modifications**

 

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or other communication methods.

 

14. **Entire Agreement**

 

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between The Client and The Company, superseding all prior agreements. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

 

15. **Refund Policy**

 

The Company provides refunds for physical products within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are returned to The Company in unused, undamaged and complete condition. The Client has to return any products to The Company within 14 days after letting The Company know in written form that The Client wishes to return the product for a refund. If sending the product back to The Company takes more time than 14 days, client has to use a track & trace code with their packing when they send it to The Company, and share this track and trace either manually or automatically (by means of the specific service) with The Company. Refunds for group sessions or educational events will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the event. In extraordinary cases, The Company is willing to work together with The Client to find a solution together, as long as there is the same willingness to cooperate on the part of The Client.

 

16. **Non-Transferability**

 

All purchases, down payments, or credits are non-transferable and may not be applied to other products or services offered by The Company without the express written consent of The Company.

 

17. **Client Conduct**

 

Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during any group sessions or online interactions, including commenting on social media. The Company reserves the right to remove any client from sessions, e-mail lists, social media members or followers lists, or deny services if their behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful.

 

18. **Use of Content**

 

All materials and resources provided by The Company are for personal use only. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent from The Company. Sharing images and or videos (on social media or otherwise) of any physical products bought from The Company, whereby they expose the product to a broader audience, is allowed without written consent as long as they credit The Company by name.

 

By engaging with Sexual Polarity Tarot products and services, The Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges having had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice.
